Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2 October 2026
1. Who we are
iMind Business (the "Service") is provided by MALIPAY VAS T/A RETAIL & DISTRIBUTION GROUP ("we", "us"). By using the Service you are contracting with MALIPAY VAS T/A RETAIL & DISTRIBUTION GROUP.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.
3. The Service
iMind Business is an online business management tool: it reads emails and messages you send to it to suggest tasks, and provides task management, team collaboration, planning, payroll, reports, spreadsheets and a tool builder. Some features use AI and consume credits.
4. Your account
Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including: using it unlawfully or for fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; uploading malware, probing, scraping or interfering with the Service's security; reverse engineering, reselling or circumventing technical limits.
6. AI features
- You must not use AI features to create illegal, hateful, deceptive or harmful content, or attempt to bypass safeguards.
- You are responsible for what you submit and how you use outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate — review them before relying on them; they are not professional, legal, tax or financial advice.
- You keep the rights to your inputs and, as between you and us, to the outputs. Rights-holders can report infringing content to support@imindbusiness.com; repeat infringers may be suspended.
- We may remove or restrict content, filter outputs or suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Your content
You own your data. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
8. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the Service, its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.
9. Payments, credits and taxes
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Credits are described on our Pricing page; see also our Refund Policy.
10. Service level
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.
11. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. After termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
13. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update them and will post changes here. Contact: support@imindbusiness.com.
